Seitan

Seitan is a plant-based protein source made using gluten. It has a satisfying chewy texture- perfect to accompany your vegetables and rice, as a sandwich component, or on top of your tartines. We use a variety of spices, house-made ketchup, and smoked paprika for our seitan slices to give them charcuterie feels.
